I'm not sure I'd really count it as "published," although I suppose you could say it's "more published" than interviews - but still, it seems like a lot of disorganized notes and "I had this funny dream once" ramblings rather than an organized and finished body of work meant to be published in a metafictional/game/whatever format (which I agree could be a form of publication). But I'm not on Pottermore myself, so I'll concede to the opinions of those who are on that point. And really, who could tell, I guess.
