The obvious candidates would be Bill and Fleur, but she probably couldn't bear to kill of another Weasley. I suppose to conserve Weasley deaths that Fred and Angelina could have done the wizarding equivalent of going to the courthouse over the summer (or the day after Bill and Fleur's wedding - zomg the Ministry has fallen! let's elope immediately!) and had a little joke shop heir right away. They were what, 19 or 20 years old by then?
