My, and he used to be handsome. How interesting that a change of character makes a person 'ugly'. Because everyone knows that pretty people could never cause any trouble! And if they do, their looks degrade (like Bellatrix), turn snake like (Voldemort) or they appear to be smelling something horrible (Narcissa).
Thank goodness. Imagine if all the best looking people weren't good! Though not too exotic-ly good-looking. Foreigners are suspicious and sexual.
