MOM Classification: XXX

The Moke is a lizard native to Britain and Ireland, which can shrink whenever it feels threatened. For this reason, witches and wizards like making purses out of Moke skin, since any part of the Moke's body will shrink.

What I don't get is why it has a classification of XXX rather than XX. It doesn't seem like it could cause anyone any harm, in any way.
