Dumbledore's bugged me from the beginning, but at the end of OotP and the beginning of HBP is where he pisses me off the most. Patronizing arrogant self-righteous self-important jackass. You'd think he'd be understanding of the fact that he saddled the Dursleys, against their will, with the care of a child--a magical child, to boot.
*Dumbledore says he and Harry are now stepping out into the night to pursue that flighty temptress, adventure. Amazingly, Harry does not turn back around and remain with the Dursleys on the grounds of extreme gayness.
