It's an argument a lot of H/G fans like to use for why Harry and Ginny were OMGSODESTINED! They met at a train stop in book 1 and then, as the train pulled out, Ginny ran after it waving. JKR's parents also met at a train station. H/G fans interpret this scene this way because they forget that Ginny actually used to be a nice, thoughtful girl. :P
