I kind of imagined that they wouldn't be able to overcome their political differences, even to reassure themselves they're not crazy. (I can totally see like, the Conservative PM telling the Labour one 'Don't know what you're talking about man, but I think I should alert the papers, you've clearly lost it. (quietly) Muhahaha!'
