/What if a wizard killed the tree the Bowtruckle lived in behind said Bowtruckle’s back, what then? Is this common practice, or are wizards usually more sustainable than that?/
Given what we have seen I'd say a wizard would kill the tree not caring at all what happened to the Bowtruckle.
