Btw, here for the first time I got the idea how D could make them treat Harry better- to sit with them & make very clear that: .... D will give them money. May be such tactic would give better results.
It's funny, the Potters left a vault full of money but I have a feeling that the Dursleys didn't get a penny to raise Harry.
