For both men and women, the majority of available jobs are either as Ministry bureaucrats or in the private commercial sector - whether as manager or assistant in a shop. There is an artisan sector for those who make the specialty goods that they sell (eg wandmakers, potioneers), and there must be a manufacturing sector somewhere - somebody has to make the various merchandise items, even the twins don't manufacture all their joke items themselves. But it isn't clear how big this sector needs to be, especially as we don't know how much is done physically or requires physical materials and how much is magic.
So jobs that aren't run-of-the-mill would include artisans, Aurors, Unspeakables, healers, animal care (including wildlife management), curse breakers (how many were there?), writers.
