It's always weird going back through the series asking the question, "What do the characters actually know, and what am I just assuming they know because I do? When did they actually find something out, if ever?" This timeline hangs together so well that I wonder if it was actually planned and she just never finished explicitly connecting the dots, either because it got lost in the shuffle or because she thought it was too obvious to bother.
