Hmm... if Percy isn't smart and capable, then Dumbledore is kind of dim for awarding him as many honours as he does. Bit of a win-win situation for anti-Dumbledore, pro-Percy individuals such as myself, there... =]
*Harry and Cedric do battle on the pitch. But Cedric can't actually be shown to be the superior player. It was the Dementors who caused Harry to faint and lose the snitch! Yeah. Cedric would never have been able to win otherwise.
I'm with Diggory Senior. In real life, pure dumb luck does count, and you're not allowed to claim it wasn't a fair fight. So suck it up. Not being allergic to Dementors is a desirable trait in a Seeker, even if it's not likely to be useful all that often. =]
