Really? I could totally buy the whole 'Malfoys lose all their money' fanon prediction, since money, despite JKR's apparent intentions usually ends up connected to one's moral value in some way. I always found it amusing that the wealthier Slytherins are considered so tacky and spoilt for having nice possessions, whereas say, Harry's Firebolt is considered indicative of his personal worth or something - aw, lookit, he deserves it. Um, why?
