*Ron says Malfoy called Hermione the most insulting thing he could think of. Yup, that’s the idea. Though of course to her it’s not insulting at all, not having any sensitivity about being a Mudblood. Tons more things Malfoy could have said. He never picks on Hermione the way he could.
