For years (since the previous reread) I thought Chick tracts were p*rn magazines(*) and couldn't understand the joke. Now I do at last. :)
(*) In my diseased mind: Chick = a name for women tracts = magazines Chick tracts = magazines with barely clad women on their covers and inside of them. Don't ask about the logic.
