These are people who read The Onion's gag articles on HP and take them seriously. I recall one Onion piece that did say that kindergarteners learned how to cast Satanic (Wicca) circles using Demonic Pentigrams from reading Harry Potter. They took that piece down and stuck it in one of their anthology books because it really was funny.
