The rest of the chapter is horrifying, considering how everyone just seems to forget that Harry nearly killed Draco and nobody seems to care. It's extremely disturbing how nobody at Hogwarts mentions how Draco was almost murdered.
To be fair, something earth-shaking was going on at the same time. The news that Harry Potter going out with Ginny Weasley knocks anything off the front page.
