"Luna reminds us that her father was working on a replica of the famous lost diadem of Ravenclaw" And not surprisingly, Harry doesn't make the connection between that and the Ravenclaw relic he's looking for. Lucky for him that Luna will later be at the RoR to remind him again about the diadem.
*Also, why the fuck didn't Ollivander make a wand for Dean? does he not like black people or what?
