Buckbeak attack the giants
Buckbeak now having gone for Draco and Snape can just smell evil. Giants probably stink of it less than Slytherins, but then again, they have the nasty aura of non-human, non British types...
Voldmort is fighting McGonagall, Slughorn, and Flitwick at once. Bellatrix is fighting Hermione, Luna, and Ginny.
Not that I'd object to this on a battlefield; but it's hilarious that from first year right to the end, the good guys never seem to have been in a fight where they didn't outnumber their foes at least three to one. Really brave.
Then they fight for a bit about whether Dumbledore was weak or clever.

The proof is in the Patronus, which was a doe, just like Lily’s.
I love how love is like a mathematical equation in these books, no real sign of emotion. It's all clues, not chemistry. A patronus + an Amortentia smell = love. Add points for bickering, but remove them for being in different houses.

Harry is forced to listen to people’s “outpourings of jubilation and mourning, of grief and celebration.”
How could anyone be mourning? Harry survived! Like anyone else is important? Priorities, people!
Everyone left alive is sitting in the Great Hall, symbolically mixed up among the House tables
Hilariously, isn't there some mention excepting Slytherin from this? (The Malfoys are on that table, alone.) Sort of shoots a whole in all the symbolism she tried for there. Yay, everyone's united! Except they already got along pretty well at the beginning!
Harry sees Ginny and decides he can start on that perfect soul mate relationship later. Much later.
Harry's all about the details with Ginny. When she's crying, her hair shines a little less brightly, and her face is *gasp* puffy from crying. Not really to the standard of a hero. When she recovers from her (inevitably short - Harry doesn't want a human hosepipe, after all, he's got enough to cope with!) mourning period, she'll be ready to be her man's best comfort again, like equals should be.
