It's been bothering me for a while that Hagrid hasn't gotten his wand back. Isn't there a way to get him enough training to be qualified? And if not, why is he teaching a class where he really ought to be able to use one for the safety of the students?
And why didn't Dumbledore include Hagrid in the patrols? There must be a conspiracy theory about this somewhere.
