Nogtail

The Nogtail is a monster located in rural areas throughout the northern hemisphere, which disguises itself as a piglet and sneaks into established pig litters. This is supposed to cause a blight on the farm, and the longer the Nogtail is allowed to stay there and grow with the pigs, the longer the blight lasts. However, it will never return to a farm if it's chased out by a pure white dog. It's the sort of demon that I could believe might actually exist in real legends throughout rural Europe, though I've never heard of any demon like this specifically.
